A. GOLF PROGRAMME FOR RAK ELITE CUSTOMERS
1. Customer can get access to 12 complimentary golf games or coaching sessions per annum at select Golf Courses & Learning facilities subject to a maximum of 6 golf games of coaching sessions in 6 months.
2. Terms and Conditions: Please read the detailed Terms and Conditions and enjoy the complimentary golf games or coaching sessions across the world.
This special offer is brought to you by The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (P.S.C) (“RAKBANK”) in conjunction with Thriwe Consulting FZ LLC (formerly known as Golflan Technology Solutions FZ LLC)(“Thriwe”)*
*Thriwe is a golf services provider engaged by RAKBANK to administer the RAKBANK Golf Program.
B. GOLF LESSONS - COACHING FACILITIES
Learn the nuances of playing golf or improve your game by enjoying golf lessons, courtesy of RAKBANK, at specified driving ranges or training facilities on weekdays and weekends in following locations:

Each golf lesson will span a duration of minimum 30 minutes and will include:
• Fees to access the learning facility at the golf course for a coaching session

C. GREEN FEE WAIVER – PARTNER COURSES
RAKBANK customers get a 100% green fee waiver at 20 premium golf courses across Middle East and over 200 golf courses world over on weekdays and weekends.

D. PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• The RAKBANK Golf Program is not a golf club membership and is not to be regarded as a golf club membership.
• Acceptance of requests for bookings for golf games or coaching sessions are subject to availability and will be accepted at the discretion of the golf clubs/ golf instructors.
• Any requests for changes to confirmed booking times are subject to availability and will be accepted at the discretion of the golf clubs / golf instructors.
• To avail the benefits of the Golf Program, Customers must make all enquiries and bookings through RAKBANK online Golf Concierge and must not contact the golf clubs / golf instructors directly.
• Customers will not be granted access to the golf clubs under this Program unless the booking is routed and processed through the RAKBANK online Golf Concierge.
• Golf clubs/golf instructors will not entertain any direct correspondence/enquiries and/or attempts for bookings directly from the RAKBANK customers under this Program.
• RAKBANK reserves the right to change/replace the golf clubs and golf learning facilities at which golf benefits are being offered under this Program without any notice to the Customers.
• Golf Rates quoted may not be inclusive of taxes and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Program is valid for golf course access only. Customers and/or their guests will not have access to the other facilities at the golf clubs.
• Customers and their guests must follow all club, establishment usage rules including limits of access to use club facilities as applicable to Green Fee players.
• The Program cannot be used by Customers or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional or special offers and programs.
• To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating customer releases RAKBANK and Thriwe from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with his/her participation in the Program.
• RAKBANK and Thriwe do not underwrite or warrant the services performed by the golf courses/golf learning facilities/golf instructors and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, delay or imperfection in such services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a Customer directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the services provided by the golf club/golf learning facility/golf instructor under this Program.
• All payments for guests and any other charges will be paid by the Customer/guest directly to the golf club.
• Customers and their guests shall be required to pay forcaddy fee, insurance and hire of equipment directly at the club, as per applicable rates prescribed by the respective golf clubs.
• Any individual applying/activating/ using the Program is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions governing the Program and as may be amended from time to time.
• Booking will be processed on a best effort basis and RAKBANK does not assume any responsibility or liability for booking requests which are not confirmed due to any reason whatsoever.
• Bookings are not transferable and the Customer shall be liable to pay the applicable charges in case of no-show.
• Tournament dates at courses are blackout dates and no bookings shall be available during these dates.
• The Program is valid for golf course access only to individual golfers and is not valid for any Group Bookings, unless specified so.
• RAKBANK, Thriwe and participating establishment(s) reserve their absolute rights to alter/ withdraw any of the terms and conditions of the Program at any time without prior notice to the Customer.
• Privacy. We promise to treat any personal information about you securely, fairly and awfully. We are committed to protecting your privacy. When we ask you to provide personal information online it will only be in response to you actively applying for or using one of our online products or service

“Relevant Information”).
By accepting these terms and conditions: you hereby confirm that you,
- Understand the ways in which RAKBANK wishes to use and process the Relevant Information to administer the RAKBANK Golf Program.
- Consent for RAKBANK to collect, store, process, register and transfer all the Relevant Information to Thriwe.
- Authorize the transfer of the Relevant Information to any jurisdiction (including outside the UAE) in which RAKBANK considers appropriate for the purpose of administering the RAKBANK Golf Program.
- Area ware of your right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting businessbanking@rakbank.aein writing.
- Understand that you can request to see the Relevant Information, any time, to verify its accuracy.
- Understand that you can request for a copy of the Relevant Information held about you at any time, free of charge.
The Relevant Information will only be used for administration of RAKBANK Golf Program in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
